This book is very clearly and well written and bridges the gap in the text-book literature between conversation analysis and discourse analysis from basic concepts and principles to more detailed processes. I had ordered this evaluation copy thinking that it may be suitable for final year students studying for their dissertation; it is, but is more suitable for PG students rather than UG.
